The proposed engineering services are to support Gallup Joint Utilities (GJU) with identification of field assets, configuration of NTU profiles and updating PRISM station databases and displays.  ACS will assist the identification of field devices and substation assets.  ACS will remotely configure GJU PRISM station databases and displays as required.
