The City of Gallup was awarded the bid for the Travel Media Showcase Family Travel
Conference for 2018. A portion of that bid is that we accept the responsibility of housing the
journalists and convention team for four nights of the conference (plus additional days for the
convention team to set up- those dates will be determined at a later date). The purpose of this
RFP is to solicit detailed proposals in providing accommodations for the TRAVEL MEDIA
SHOWCASE FAMILY TRAVEL CONFERENCE 2018 (TMS FAMILY TRAVEL) from qualified,
