The City of Gallup is soliciting bids for the West Jefferson Reconstruction project located along west Jefferson Avenue between Metro Avenue and US 491 in Gallup, NM. This project consists of reconstruction of the existing pavement using hot mix asphalt, curb and gutter, new modified concrete wall barrier and sidewalk. An additive alternate for concrete pavement is included. the work includes minor earthwork, utility adjustments, signing and striping and other improvements.
