The City of Gallup is soliciting bids for the rehabilitation of the Grandview Reservoir tank. There will be a pre-bid viewing on February 28, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at DePauli Engineering, 307 S. 4th Street, Gallup, NM.
Project consists of rehabilitating a 4 million gallon welded steel reservoir. Work includes installing a new steel floor, paint removal, and lead and chromium abatement, interior and exterior coating systems, railings, structural repair, tank piping, and appurtenances. Also includes installation of yard piping, gate valves, tie-ins, trenching, bedding, and backfilling. Disassembly, removal, and salvage of an existing steel water tank is also included. Additive alternate includes surface preparation of existing 1.5 million gallon reservoir. Location: Grandview Drive and Philipina Avenue in Gallup, NM.
