RFQ Statements of Interest and Qualifications will be received at the Office of the Purchasing Department, 110 West Aztec, Gallup, NM  87301. Envelopes or Boxes are to be sealed and plainly marked with the RFQ Number. NO FAXED OR ELECTRONICALLY TRANSMITTED PROPOSALS will be accepted, and proposals submitted after the above specified date and time will not be considered and will be returned unopened.

Only those firms responding to the RFQ Statement of Interest and Qualifications referenced above will be eligible to receive a Request for Proposal (RFP). Competitive sealed proposals will be received by the City of Gallup, New Mexico, at the Office of the Purchasing Department, 110 West Aztec, Gallup, NM 87301. The proposals duly delivered and submitted will be received on the date and time reflected below:
