Fees and Registration Information

Registration Deadlines

Mail in Entries MUST be postmarked by Monday June 17th, 2019. NO EXCEPTIONS! 

Online Registration will close on Wednesday, June 19th at 11:59 PM  Mountain Time.

Entry Fees

Entry Fees are $250 per event (team roping $250 each for both header and healer). $300 entry fee per team for contestant/parent team roping.  Entry fee per team for parent/contestant ribbon roping is $200.

Other Fees

All contestants will be assessed a one-time secretary fee of $35. Stalls will be available for $80 each. We also have a limited number of RV spaces available in our campground for $100 each. Must reserve your stalls online prior to arrival! You MAY NOT dry camp or set up your own pens! 


Contestants must have been enrolled in the 6th -12th grade and actively pursuing a high school diploma in the 2018-2019 academic year. Contestants will be required to provide a completed entry blank and notarized release, photocopy of birth certificate, high school report card from Spring 2019 semester, current Coggin's and health certificate (required upon entering rodeo grounds), and proper form of payment of fees.
