Downtown Veterans "Pillar" Memorial Application
Remembering our fallen is a high priority for the City of Gallup. If you have a Veteran that has died in the line of duty and you would like them to be forever remembered on our Veterans Memorial, please fill out this application (Veterans Memorial Application).
Once complete, print the application and bring it along with all supporting documentation to the City Clerks Office or any Notary Public. You MUST sign the application in front of the Notary Public. Once complete, turn all documents in to the Community Services Coordinator at City Hall.
