Any person claiming to be aggrieved by actions of Department personnel may file a written complaint against the Department or any of its personnel.
The Internal Affairs Unit must receive all complaints no later than ninety (90) days following the date of the alleged incident.
Complaint form parts I and II must be completed. These forms may be downloaded here or picked up at the Gallup Police Department during normal business hours.
Once the form has been completed, you may return it to the Police Department or mail it to:
